Over the past few months, we’ve implemented several new procedures to provide a better, unbeatable experience for our customers. One of the procedures that we’re launching today is a Job Tracker – a place where our customers can log on via computer, phone or tablet to find specific information pertaining to their job.
Whether a small job or a larger long-term project, we’ve heard from our customers that they have a desire to have more transparency about the individual tasks being done on their property. While “We will restore your home back to normal following your water damage” may be enough information for some customers, others want more details on each step we take, what day and how long each step takes, and more information on what to expect throughout the process. We’ve listened to your feedback, and have responded with this solution which we believe will provide more transparency and knowledge to each of our valued customers.
We provide a production calendar, as well as several other resources at the beginning of any project. But now, with their own log in to our customer portal, our customers can track daily job progress, view job documents and photos, get answers to frequently asked questions or contact anyone at the office directly from their own personalized login.
